We also keep up with the information technologies,symbolized by the computer.

Control Department
This department is one of the driving wheels (the other is the Construction Dept)
that works in the designing and manufacturing of plant machinery and their control systems.
This department also works on control systems for solar/wind-power generation,
a main energy source in the research and development of original brand products.

HEST Department(Fine Powder Processing)
The department mainly develops and produces Micro Mist Spray Dryer,
which provides very fine and uniform powder in micron particle size on a production scale first in the world.
With the four-fluid nozzle(patented in Japan and other countries),
we can support development of new materials in various industries.

Micro Mist Spray Dryer
The Micro mist Spray Dryer produces very fine and uniform powder by
drying atomized liquid particles instantaneously in contact with hot air.
Atomized liquid particles of 10 micron m or over in diameter are characterized as "sprayed droplets",
on the other hand particles under 10 micron m in diameter are characterized as "mist".
The mist is much controllable in airflow without producing wet deposits on chamber wall.
Our "four-fluid nozzle" enables liquid to be sprayed as "mist" in large volume.
For this reason, we have named our product the "Micro Mist Spray Dryer".
The Micro Mist Spray Dryer achieves "gsingle micron" range particle size
that cannot be obtained in production scale with conventional spray dryers.
